羅馬書中的基督（2）：「藉著基督，被稱為義」

背誦經文：… 神的義，因信耶穌基督加給一切相信的人，並沒有分別。 ²³ 因為世人都犯了罪，虧缺了 神的榮耀； ²⁴ 如今卻蒙 神的恩典，因基督耶穌的救贖，就白白地稱義。 ²⁵ 神設立耶穌作挽回祭，是憑著耶穌的血，藉著人的信，要顯明 神的義…(羅3:22-25) 

A)    世人都犯了罪，虧缺了 神的榮耀(羅3:23)

a)  凡有血氣的，沒有一個因行律法被稱為義

我們曉得律法上的話都是對律法以下之人說的，好塞住各人的口，叫普世的人都伏在 神審判之下。²⁰ 凡有血氣的，沒有一個因行律法能在 神面前稱義，因為律法本是叫人知罪。(羅3:19-20)

b)  沒有義人，連一個也沒有

…沒有義人，連一個也沒有。 ¹¹ 沒有明白的；沒有尋求 神的； ¹² 都是偏離正路，一同變為無用。沒有行善的，連一個也沒有。(羅3:10-12)

B)    罪的工價乃是死

· …罪的工價乃是死…(；惟有 神的恩賜，在我們的主基督耶穌裏，乃是永生。)(羅6:23)

· 按著定命，人人都有一死，死後且有審判。(來9:27)

· 在頭一次復活有分的有福了，聖潔了！第二次的死在他們身上沒有權柄。他們必作　神和基督的祭司… ¹⁴ 死亡和陰間也被扔在火湖裏；這火湖就是第二次的死。 ¹⁵ 若有人名字沒記在生命冊上，他就被扔在火湖裏。(啟20:6a, 14b-15)

Christ in the Book of Romans (2) Through Christ, We are Justified

Memorization Scripture(s): the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction: ²³ for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, ²⁴ and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, ²⁵ whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show God's righteousness, because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins. (Rom 3:22-25)

A.      All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Rom 3:23).

a.   No human being is justified by the works of the law.

Now we know that whatever the law says it speaks to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be stopped, and the whole world may be held accountable to God. ²⁰ For by works of the law no human being will be justified in his sight, since through the law comes knowledge of sin. (Rom 3:19-20)

b.   None is righteous, no, not one.

as it is written: “None is righteous, no, not one; ¹¹ no one understands; no one seeks for God.  ¹² All have turned aside; together they have become worthless; no one does good, not even one.” (Rom 3:10-12)

B.      The wages of sin is death.

· For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Rom 6:23)

· And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment, (Heb 9:27)

· Blessed and holy is the one who shares in the first resurrection! Over such the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, … ¹⁴This is the second death, the lake of fire. ¹⁵ And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire. (Rev 20:6a,14b-15)

C.      The righteousness of God is given through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe.
