《腓立比書精義》(2) ：「從頭一天É直到É」

 

 

經文：腓1:1-19

背誦經文： 9 我所禱告的，就是要你們的愛心在知識和各樣見識上多而又多， 10 使你們能分別是非，作誠實無過的人，直到基督的日子； 11 並靠耶穌基督結滿了仁義的果子，叫榮耀稱讚歸與 神。(腓1:9-11)

 

A) 保羅為腓立比教會的祝福與感恩(1:1-8)

             1) 祝福 (1:1-2)

                  2) 感恩(1:3-8)－我每逢想念你們，就感謝我的 神。因為：

       (a)  腓立比聖徒們『從頭一天直到如今』都同心合意的興旺福音 (V3-6)

            （深信那在你們心裡動了善工的必成全這工，『直到耶穌基督的日子』。）

       (b)  腓立比聖徒們總是與保羅同心，一同得恩 (V7)

－無論我是在捆鎖之中，是辯明證實福音的時候

       (c) 保羅表達他的想念 (V8)

            －我體會基督耶穌的心腸，切切的想念你們眾人，這是 神可以給我作見證的

●       『傳揚基督』－神聖的使命要堅持到底

B) 保羅為腓立比教會的禱告 (1:9-11)

(a) 求 神使你們有知識和見識的愛心能多而又多 (V9)

(b) 求 神使你們能分別是非，作誠實無過的人，直到基督的日子 (V10)

(c) 求 神使你們靠著基督結滿仁義的果子，叫榮耀稱讚歸與 神 (V11)

●      『得著基督』－美好的生命、性格要不住地加增、長大、成熟

C) 保羅分享他在獄中的近況(見證)(1:12-19)

(a) 福音因著保羅受捆鎖反而更加興旺 (V12-13)

(b) 主內弟兄因著保羅受捆鎖反而更加得堅固 (V14)

(c) 保羅自己因著福音被傳開而心裡歡喜 (V15-18)

(d) 保羅深信自己即將被釋放 (V19)

●       『見証基督』－永遠不受捆鎖的得勝的見証與屬天影響力

 

 

 

The Essence of Philippians (2): ÒFrom the first day É until ÉÓ

Scriptures: Philippians 1:1-19

Memorization scripture: ÒAnd this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment, 10 that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ, 11 being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.Ó (Phil 1:11-19)

 

A)     PaulÕs blessings and thanksgiving for the Philippian Church (1:1-8)

a.     Blessings (1:1-2)

b.     Thanksgiving (1:3-8) – ÒI thank my God every time I remember you.Ó  Because:

                                               i.           The Philippian saintsÕ partnership in the gospel from the first day until now (v 3-6)

ÒBeing confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.Ó

                                             ii.            The Philippian saints are in one accord with Paul and shares GodÕs grace with him.

ÒÉ both in my chains and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel.Ó

                                            iii.            Paul expresses his longings (v8)

ÒFor God is my witness, how greatly I long for you all with the affection of Jesus Christ.Ó

●       ÒProclaiming ChristÓ – holding fast to end this holy commission

B)     PaulÕs prayer for the Philippian Church (1:9-11)

a.     ÒAnd this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment,Ò (v9)

b.     Òthat you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of ChristÓ (v10)

c.     Òbeing filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.Ó (v11)

●        ÒObtaining ChristÓ – a continual increase and growth unto maturity of the wonderful life and characters of Christ

C)     PaulÕs sharing (testimony) of his prison conditions (1:12-19)

a.     PaulÕs imprisonment had instead brought about the furtherance of the gospel (v12-13)

b.     Brethren in the Lord have become even more confident and bold because of PaulÕs imprisonment (v 14)

c.     Paul himself rejoices because the gospel is preached (v15-18)

d.     Paul  firmly believes in his deliverance (v 19)

●       ÒTestifying ChristÓ – a demonstration of the victorious testimony and heavenly influences that can never be bound
