Who are They(9)? – David: A Man After God’s Heart (B)

經文：使13: 22，撒上 16-17，25、30章，撒下 5-8，11-12章，24章，代上 23-29章

Scriptures: Acts 13:22, 1 Sam 16-17, 25, 30; 2 Sam 5-8, 11-12, 24; 2 Chronicles 23-29

背誦經文：「大衛在世的時候遵行了　神的旨意，就睡了（或譯：大衛按　神的旨意服事了他那一世的人，就睡了），歸到他祖宗那裏…」(使13:36)

Memorization Scripture: “For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell asleep, was buried with his fathers, ...”(Acts 13:36)

1. 『一生蒙愛，愛主一生』的大衛

David loved the Lord and was beloved of the Lord all the days of his life

a) 大衛對神的愛 —迎接約櫃（撒下6，詩132），定意為 神建聖殿（7：1-7）

David’s love for the Lord – bring back the Ark (2 Sam 6; Psalm 132) and desiring to build the temple for God (2 Sam 7:1-7)

b) 神對大衛的愛 — 立『大衛之約』（7：8-17）—永同在、永施恩和永遠的寶座

God’s love for David- established the Davidic Covenant (2 Sam 7:8-17) – Ever presence, enduring mercy, and an everlasting throne

2. 一生充滿危機與轉機的大衛

David lived a life full of critical and turning points

The following three examples:

a) 洗革拉安舒的日子 (撒上30章，27:1-2 vs. 撒下2:1-4 )

Days of settlement in the land of Gath (1 Sam 30, 27:1-2; 2 Sam 2:1-4)

b) 拔示巴與烏利亞事件 (撒下 11-12章 ，詩篇32篇，詩篇 51篇)

Bathsheba and Uriah affair (2 Sam 11-12, Psalm 32, 51)

c) 數點百姓受懲 (撒下 24章)

Mistake in Numbering Israel and Judah (2 Sam 24)

3. 一生充滿影嚮力的大衛

David lived a life of significant influence

當然，他的犯罪與失敗給自己、家庭、神國都帶來了極大的虧損。但是他的一生，尤其是悔改之後的餘生，給 神家帶來了極大的祝福和影嚮，神也用他來衡量猶大諸位好王的一生。

No doubt that David’s sin and failure brought about great shame and lost to himself, his family, and the nation. Yet his life, particularly the days after his repentance, have brought about a great change and blessings to God’s house. God continued to use David as a standard to measure the multiple good kings in Judah.

a) 在苦難中仍成為他人的祝福 (撒上22:1-2)、萬民甘心歸順他 (代上12章)

In trials he continued to be a blessing to others (1 Sam 22:1-2) and all the people followed him willingly (1 Chron 12)

b) 為神家建立事奉體系 (代上23-27章)

Established the orders of services in God’s house (1 Chron 23-27)

c) 帶領百姓愛 神、事奉神 (代上22章，28-29章)

Lead the people to love and serve the Lord (1 Chron 22, 28-29)

4. 一心順服且合 神心意的大衛

David whole heartedly obeyed and sought after God’s heart

· 「我看重你的一切命令，…我時常切慕你的典章，甚至心碎…我要在你的命令中自樂；這命令素來是我所愛的。」 (詩119:6, 20, 47)

“Then I would not be ashamed, when I look into all Your commandments… My soul breaks with longing for Your judgments at all times. …And I will delight myself in Your commandments, which I love.” (Psalm 119:6,20,47)

· 神對大衛的評語：

「既廢了掃羅，就選立大衛作他們的王，又為他作見證說：『我尋得耶西的兒子大衛，他是合我心意的人 (a man after my own heart)，凡事要遵行我的旨意。』」(使13:22)

God’s conclusion for David: “And when He had removed him, He raised up for them David as king, to whom also He gave testimony and said, ‘I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after My own heart, who will do all My will.”(Acts 13:22)
