『不隨從肉體，只隨從聖靈』（5）

— 不要為肉體安排
“Do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit” (5)
-- Make no provision for the flesh

一. 在操練『隨從聖靈』該有的認識：
   I. What we should know when practicing "walking according to the Spirit":
a. 屬血氣的人不領會聖靈的事
        a. The natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit
—“屬血氣的人不領會　神聖靈的事，反倒以為愚拙，並且不能知道，因為這 些事惟有屬靈的人才能看透。” （林前2：14）
   - "The natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned." (1 Corinthians 2:14)

b. 情欲與聖靈相爭
       b. The flesh lusts against the Spirit
—“因為情慾和聖靈相爭，聖靈和情慾相爭，這兩個是彼此相敵，使你們不能 作所願意作的。” （加5：17）
- "For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish." (Galatians 5:17)

c. 屬血氣的常逼迫屬靈的
        c. Those who are of the flesh often persecute those who are of the Spirit
— “當時那按著血氣生的，逼迫了那按著聖靈生的，現在也是這樣。” （加 4：29）
- "But, as he who was born according to the flesh then persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, even so it is now." (Galatians 4:29)

二. 保羅的勸勉 — 『不要為肉體安排』
   II. Paul's encouragement -- "Make no provision for the flesh"
（a）消極目的 —不為肉體提供放縱情欲的機會
(a) The passive goal -- Do not provide opportunity for the flesh to fulfill its lusts
（b）積極目的— 披戴基督，活出基督
        (b) The positive goal -- Put on Christ, live out Christ

三. 具體的實行 — 『三不一要』的原則
   III. The concrete implementation -- The principle of "3 no's and 1 yes"
（a）『三不』— 三個智慧的抉擇標準
 (a) "3 no's" -- 3 wise decision-making guidelines
1）”凡事我都可行，但不都有「益處」” （林前6：12a）
                 1) "All things are lawful for me, but all things are not 'helpful'."  (1 Corinthians 6:12a)
2）”凡事我都可行，但無論那一件，我總不受他的「轄制」”（林前6：12b）
                 2) "All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought 'under the power' of any."

 (1 Corinthians 6:12b)
3）”凡事都可行，但不都「造就」人”（林前10：23b）

 3) "All things are lawful for me, but not all things 'edify'."  (1 Corinthians 10:23b)

（b）『一要』— 一個專一的積極態度
 (b) "1 yes" -- A single-minded positive attitude
  “所以你們或吃或喝、無論作甚麼，都要「為榮耀　神而 行」。” （林前10：31）
          "Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all 'to the glory of

God'."  (1 Corinthians 10:31)

v “神的國不在乎吃喝，只在乎公義、和平、並聖靈中的喜樂。（羅14：17）

“The kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but  righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit."  (Romans 14:17)
