Pass On the Spiritual Inheritance (V) – do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit

背誦經文：

「律法既因肉體軟弱，有所不能行的，　神就差遣自己的兒子，成為罪身的形狀，作了贖罪祭，在肉體中定了罪案，使律法的義成就在我們這不隨從肉體，只隨從聖靈的人身上。」(羅 8:3-4)

Memory Verse:

For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

(一) 『與基督同死』是偉大的事實，是最大的釋放 — 卻常被我們所忽略

I To die with Christ is an awesome truth and the greatest freedom – but often neglected

—“我『已經』與基督同釘十字架，現在活著的不再是我，…”

I “have been” crucified with Christ, it is no longer I who live,…

—“『已死的人』是脫離了罪”（羅6：7）【以及：舊人（加2：20），肉體（加5：24）和世界（加6：14）】

“He who has died” has been freed from sin ( Romans 6:7) ( Also from the “old man” (Galatians 2:20), the flesh (Galatians 5:24) and the world (Galatians 6:14))

(二) 『與基督同活』是聖徒得勝與蒙福的秘訣 — 卻常被仇敵所蒙蔽

II To live with Christ is the secret to victory and being blessed – but we are often blinded by the enemies

—“『現在』活著的，「不再是我，乃是基督」在我裡面活著…”

“it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me…”

—“…一舉一動有新生的樣式，像基督…從死裡復活一樣”（羅6：4）

“… as Christ was raised from the dead … we also should walk in newness of life.” (Romans 6:4)

—“…因我活著就是基督”（腓1：21）

“…For to me, to live is Christ,” (Philippians 1:21)

(三) 聖靈不只為主作見證，也要帶領我們進入一切的真理

III The Holy Spirit not only testifies for the Lord, but also guides us into all truth

—“只等真理的聖靈來了，衪要引導你們明白【或：進入】一切的真理” (約 16:13 )

The Spirit of truth has come, He will guide you into all truth (John 16:13)

—“賜生命聖靈的律，在基督耶穌裏釋放了我，使我脫離罪和死的律了”（羅8：2）

^“For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death” ( Romans 8:2)

(四) 「不隨從肉體，只隨從聖靈」是我們該有的生活態度與操練

IV “Do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit” should be our daily attitude and practice.

— “體貼肉體的就是死，體貼聖靈的乃是生命平安”（羅8：6，12-13）

“For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace” (Romans 8:6, 12-13)

— “我們若是靠聖靈得生，就當靠聖靈行事 (walk in the Spirit) ” (加5：25)

“If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit (Galatians 5:25)

— “ 神能照著運行在我們心裏的大力充充足足地成就一切，超過我們所求所想的。”（弗3：20）

“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us” (Ephesians 3:20)
