客西馬尼園帶來的盼望

讀經 馬太福音26:17-56

【伊甸園的回顧】

神造人，把人放置在一個園子中，叫伊甸。伊甸園，常常是人用來形容快樂美好的園子。但是伊甸園裡發生的事，卻留下了不得了的後遺症，直到今天。伊甸園裡的兩個人雖然是照著神的形象和樣式造的，卻沒有 神的榮耀；這兩個人雖然可以與 神面對面，卻最終因為罪而逃避 神；這一對夫婦，雖然享受了神創造的二人成為一體的親密，這個親密卻是經不起考驗，在試探面前解體；伊甸園裡明明有生命樹的果子，吃了可以像神，但是亞當夏娃選擇了另外一條違背 神心意的路，眼睛明亮了，看見的是自己和彼此的羞恥，卻隔絕了與 神的交通。亞當和夏娃原來可以用神說的話來分辨撒旦的謊言和挑撥；他們也可以因為感恩而滿足於神一切的供應；但是，他們因為貪婪、不甘於順服，背叛了造他們、愛他們的神，使得整個的地受咒詛，暫時中斷了神的計劃。…直到發生在另外的園子的故事，才扭轉了人類整個的命運。

4. 客西馬尼園帶來的盼望

客西馬尼園裡的故事啟示了神永不失敗的大愛，也是一個現實生活中常常發生的故事，因為它曝露了人性的現實和軟弱。但是，最重要的，是看見了耶穌雖為 神的兒子，卻在肉身中勝過撒旦，完成了救恩，以至於我們這些在伊甸園就被判為死刑的人今天才有了盼望。

²¹ 你們現今所看為羞恥的事，當日有甚麼果子呢？那些事的結局就是死。 ²² 但現今，你們既從罪裏得了釋放，作了神的奴僕，就有成聖的果子，那結局就是永生。 ²³ 因為罪的工價乃是死；惟有神的恩賜，在我們的主基督耶穌裏，乃是永生。 （羅6:21-23)

20 眞神之愛

THE LOVE OF GOD

眞神之愛，偉大無窮，

The love of God is greater far,

口舌筆墨，難以形容；

Than tongue or pen can ever tell;

高超諸星，深達地獄，

It goes beyond the highest star,

長闊高深，世無相同。

And reaches to the lowest hell;

始祖犯罪，墮入引誘，

The guilty pair, bowed down with care,

神遣愛子拯救；

何其無法測量；

All measureless and strong;

向人所顯救贖恩典，

Redeeming grace to Adam’s race

耗盡智力，描寫神愛，

To write the love of God above

海洋墨水會乾，

A sinner condemn’d, unclean.

有一位神，有權能創造宇宙萬物，

LORD, WE TREASURE WITH AFFECTION

（一）

主，我寶貴祢的行徑，

Lord, we treasure with affection 

如何在此受苦害；

All Thy path of sorrow here,

那些最終悲痛情形，

And those closing scenes of anguish

使我更覺祢可愛。

To our hearts Thy-self endear.

主，祢當時艱難何大，
