唯獨基督(7) ：「將最好的全然獻給主」

主題經文： 7 有一個女人拿著一玉瓶極貴的香膏來，趁耶穌坐席的時候，澆在祂的頭上。 8 門徒看見就很不喜悅，說：「何用這樣的枉費呢！ 9 這香膏可以賣許多錢，賙濟窮人。」 10 耶穌看出他們的意思，就說：「為甚麼難為這女人呢？她在我身上做的是一件美事…  12 她將這香膏澆在我身上是為我安葬做的。13 我實在告訴你們，普天之下，無論在甚麼地方傳這福音，也要述說這女人所行的，作個紀念。」 (太26:6-13)

背誦經文：所以，弟兄們，我以 神的慈悲勸你們，將身體獻上，當作活祭，是聖潔的，是 神所喜悅的；你們如此事奉乃是理所當然的。 (羅12:1)

A) 及時回應主愛的激勵

• 趁耶穌坐席的時候…(v7)

－機會全在時間裡面，時間過去了，機會也就過去了

－「主耶穌，我若曾愛你，應當是現在」(聖徒詩歌 #225)

B) 獻上最好的來表達對主的愛

• 「拿著一玉瓶極貴的香膏來…」 vs「何用這樣的枉費呢！」

「假若宇宙都歸我手，盡以奉主仍覺可羞；愛既如此奇妙深厚，當得我心、我命、所有。」(聖徒詩歌 #69)

“Were the whole realm of nature mine, That were an offering far too small; Love so amazing, so divine, Demands my soul, my life, my all! “ (Hymn #69)

• 耶穌回答說：「第一要緊的就是：…你要盡心、盡性、盡意、盡力愛主─你的 神。」(可12:29-30)

C) 主竟悅納我們的奉獻乃是「福音」

1) 一個深觸主心的奉獻舉動

2) 一瓶香遍天下、且一直香到永世的香膏

3) 一個該傳遍天下的福音：

Christ Alone (7) - Wholly Consecrate My Utmost to the Lord

Key Verses: 6 And when Jesus was in Bethany at the house of Simon the leper, 7 a woman came to Him having an alabaster flask of very costly fragrant oil, and she poured it on His head as He sat at the table. 8 But when His disciples saw it, they were indignant, saying, “Why this waste? 9 For this fragrant oil might have been sold for much and given to the poor.” 10 But when Jesus was aware of it, He said to them, “Why do you trouble the woman? For she has done a good work for Me. 11 For you have the poor with you always, but Me you do not have always. 12 For in pouring this fragrant oil on My body, she did it for My burial. 13 Assuredly, I say to you, wherever this gospel is preached in the whole world, what this woman has done will also be told as a memorial to her.” (Matt 26:6-13)

Memorization Verse: I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.(Rom 12:1)

A. Encouraging a timely response to the love of the Lord 

· As Jesus reclined at the table…(v7)

－Opportunitites are nested in time, as time passes so does the opportunities

－「If ever I loved Thee, my Jesus, it is now!」(Hymn #225)

B. Offering up our utmost to express our love for the Lord

· 「came to Him having an alabaster flask of very costly fragrant oil…」 vs「Why this waste?」

“Were the whole realm of nature mine, That were an offering far too small; Love so amazing, so divine, Demands my soul, my life, my all! “  (Hymn #69)

· Jesus answered him, “The first of all the commandments is: ... you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ (Mark 12:29-30)

C. That the Lord would accept our offering is the ‘gospel’

1. An act of offering that deeply touched the Lord’s heart

2. A fragrant oil that permeated the world with its fragrance reaching into eternity

3. A gospel that is to be spread throughout the world
