從定罪和審判中得自由

(Free from condemnation and judgment)

經文：啟12:10；約8:34；羅6:16；來10:2b；弗1:7，2:13；西1:20-22；加3:13；約壹

4:17-18；約壹1:9；弗2:4-6；林前15:55，57

背誦經文：基督釋放了我們，叫我們得以自由。所以要站立得穩，不要再被奴僕的軛挾

制。(加 5:1)

A) 靈性死亡的光景來自於我們與 神之間關係的隔絕, 主要是人犯罪的結果

· 罪的工價乃是死...(羅6:23)/ 死的毒鉤乃是罪...(林前15:56)/ 當我們死在過犯中的時候...(弗2:5)

·這種「死的光景」，不論我們是否承認，都帶給了我們最大的虧損與最深的痛苦

B) 罪若沒有徹底的對付和解決，人必受控告，是不可能有真正的平安與自由

· 人犯罪之後，除了神、人關係都被破壞，使 神的榮耀受虧損，叫自己和他人受傷害以外，必然也會帶來：

1) 良心不安受責備，或是更深的麻木與剛硬－…良心如同被熱鐵烙慣了一般 (提前4:2)

2) 撒旦不止息的控告與更深的轄制

· ...那在我們神面前晝夜控告我們弟兄的... (啟12:10)

·耶穌回答說：「我實實在在地告訴你們，所有犯罪的就是罪的奴僕。(約8:34)

·豈不曉得你們獻上自己作奴僕，順從誰，就作誰的奴僕嗎？或作罪的奴僕，以至於死；或作順命的奴僕，以致成義。(羅6:16)

3) 神的刑罰 (管教)和審判－…時候到了，審判要從 神的家起首(彼前4:17, 來12:5-8)

C) 與神和好才能真正使我們從定罪、控告、懼怕和審判中得自由

·完全的赦免帶來完全的平安：基督流血捨命所完成的救贖不僅使我們『因信稱義』，使我們得以『與神和好』, 更讓我們能『以神為樂』 (羅5:9-11):

·良心既被潔淨，就不再覺得有罪了 (來10:2b)

·基督的寶血潔淨我們一切的罪：弗1:7，2:13；西1:20-22

·基督既然為我們受了咒詛，就贖我們脫離律法的咒詛 (加3:13)

·17這樣，愛在我們裏面得以完全，我們就可以在審判的日子坦然無懼。...18 愛裏沒有懼怕；愛既完全，就把懼怕除去。因為懼怕裏含刑罰，懼怕的人在愛裏未得完全。(約壹4:17-18)

D) 今日我們該有的回應

1) 對已知的罪要徹底的認罪、悔改並真心歸向 神 (約壹1:9)

2) 憑信心接受基督寶血的潔淨與 神的赦免，拒絕一切從撒但來的控告

3) 謙卑倚靠主、過脫罪與得勝的生活

· 4 然而，神既有豐富的憐憫，因祂愛我們的大愛，5 當我們死在過犯中的時候，便叫我們與基督一同活過來。你們得救是本乎恩。6 祂又叫我們與基督耶穌一同復活，一同坐在天上…(弗2:4-6)

· 55 死啊！你得勝的權勢在哪裏？ 死啊！你的毒鉤在哪裏？ ...57 感謝 神，使我們藉我們的主耶穌基督得勝。(林前15:55，57)

Freedom from Condemnation and Judgment

Scriptures: Rev 12:10; John 8:34; Rom 6:16; Heb 10:2b; Eph 1:7, 2:13; Col 1:20-22; Gal 3:13; 1 John 4:17-18; 1 John 1:9; Eph 2:4-6; 1 Cor 15:55, 57

Memorization Verse: “Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.” (Gal 5:1)

A. The conditions of spiritual death is a result of our isolation with God, and is primarily the consequence of man’s sins

· For the wages of sin is death … (Rom 6:23)/ The sting of death is sin …( 1 Cor 15:56)/ even when we were dead in trespasses … (Eph 2:5)

· These “conditions of death” , whether we acknowledge it or not, has brought us the greatest loss and the deepest pain

B. If sins are not confronted and completely dealt with, we will be condemned and it is impossible to have true peace and freedom

· Our sins not only ruin our relationship with God and with everyone around us, but they also cause God’s glory to suffers loss, bring harm to ourselves and others, and will inevitably bring the following:

1) Our conscience is disturbed and reproached, or it becomes more numbed and hardened – “… having their own conscience seared with a hot iron.” (1 Tim 4:2)

2) Satan’s relentless accusations and a deeper bondage

· “… the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night …” (Rev 12:10)

· “Jesus answered them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin.” (John 8:34)

· “Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?” (Rom 6:16)

· God’s punishment (chastening) – “For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God …” (Heb 12:5-8; Pet 4:17)

C. Being reconciled to God is the only way for us to be truly free from condemnations, accusations, fears, and judgment.

· A full pardon brings about a perfect peace: The completed salvation of Christ through the sheading of His blood and the giving up of His life not only “justified us by faith”, “reconciled us to God”, but more importantly “God has become our Joy” (rom 5:9-11)

· “… once purified, would have had no more consciousness of sins …” (Heb 10:2b)

· The precious blood of the Christ has cleansed us of all sins (Eph 1:7,2:13; Col 1:20-22)

· “Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us.” (Gal 3:13)

· “Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment … There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.” (1 John 4:17,18)

D. Our rightful response today

1) Concerning our known sins we need to be thorough in our confession, repent and sincerely turn back to God (1 John 1:9)

2) Receive by faith the cleansing of the precious blood of Christ and the forgiveness of God. Reject all accusations from Satan.

3) Humbly lean on the Lord and live a sin-free and victorious life

· “ But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, …“(Eph 2:4-6)

· “O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?” … But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Cor 15:55, 57)
