「愛是恆久忍耐又有恩慈」
Love suffers long and is kind
Text: Mark 10:46-52
46 Now they came to Jericho. As He went out of Jericho with His
disciples and a great multitude, blind Bartimaeus,
the son of Timaeus, sat by the road begging. 47 And
when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out and say,
ÒJesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!Ó
48 Then many warned him to be quiet; but he cried out all the
more, ÒSon of David, have mercy on me!Ó
49 So Jesus stood still and commanded him to be called.
Then they called the blind man, saying to him, ÒBe of good cheer.
Rise, He is calling you.Ó
50 And throwing aside his garment, he rose and came to Jesus.
51 So Jesus answered and said to him, ÒWhat do you want Me to do for you?Ó
The blind man said to Him, ÒRabboni,
that I may receive my sight.Ó
52 Then Jesus said to him, ÒGo your way; your faith has made you
well.Ó And immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus on the road.
Outline:
The behavior of Jesus on the road that day made many people
surprised.
First sprise: he stopped and listened to
Bartimaeus.
If the man on the road had been the centurion of Capernaum, no one
would have been surprised.
Second surprise: he asked Bartimeaus
what he wanted. Why would Jesus ask such an obvious question?
Jesus treated every person as human
being - no exceptions.
And he treats you the same way as he treated Bartimaeus.
He asks you what you want him to do - and he asks the question
with complete sincerity.
If what you ask is not good, he will show you how to adjust it,
but he treats every word you say with love and respect.
So if you are his disciple, how shall you treat other people?
When you treat people the same way Jesus treats you, they will
know how wonderful Jesus is.
馬可福音10：46-52
46 到了耶利哥；耶穌同門徒並許多人出耶利哥的時候，有一個討飯的瞎子，是底買的兒子巴底買，坐在路旁。
47 他聽見是拿撒勒的耶穌，就喊著說：「大衛的子孫耶穌啊！可憐我吧！」
48 有許多人責備他，不許他作聲。他卻越發大聲喊著說：「大衛的子孫哪，可憐我吧！」
49 耶穌就站住，說：「叫過他來。」他們就叫那瞎子，對他說：「放心，起來！他叫你啦。」
50 瞎子就丟下衣服，跳起來，走到耶穌那裏。
51 耶穌說：「要我為你做甚麼？」瞎子說：「拉波尼（就是夫子），我要能看見。」
52 耶穌說：「你去吧！你的信救了你了。」瞎子立刻看見了，就在路上跟隨耶穌。

耶穌那日的舉動讓許多人驚
訝。
第一個驚奇：耶穌停下來聽巴
底 買。
如果在路上的這個人是迦百農的百夫長，沒有人會覺得驚奇。
第二個驚奇：耶穌問巴
底 買｢ 要甚 麼？｣為甚
麼耶穌問一個這樣明顯的問題？
耶穌把每一個人都當作人對待 - 沒有例外的。
他對你就像他對巴
底 買一樣。
他問你你想要他為你作甚
麼，而且他是完全誠心誠意的這樣問。
如果你所要的是不好的，他會教你如何修正，
你所說的每一個字，他都以愛和敬重相待。
所以，如果你是耶穌的門徒，你將會如何對待他人？
當你對待別人就如同耶穌待你
，別人就會知道耶穌是如何的好。
