背誦： 22 只是你們要行道，不要單單聽道，自己欺哄自己。 23 因為聽道而不行道的，就像人對著鏡子看自己本來的面目， 24 看見，走後，隨即忘了他的相貌如何。 25 惟有詳細察看那全備、使人自由之律法的，並且時常如此，這人既不是聽了就忘，乃是實在行出來，就在他所行的事上必然得福。(雅 1:22-25)

Memory Verse: But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does. (James 1:22-25)

－『趁』：要愛惜光陰(弗 5:16)，充份利用 神在恩典中所賜的每一個機會

- “while”: Redeeming the time (Ephesians 5:16), make the most of every opportunity given by God in grace

(a) 聖徒間彼此的勸勉與扶持

(a) Encouragement and support among saints

§ 總要『趁』著還有今日，天天彼此相勸，免得你們中間有人被罪迷惑，心裏就剛硬了。我們若將起初確實的信心堅持到底，就在基督裏有分了。(來3:13 -14 )

§ But exhort one another daily, “while” it is called Today, lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end, (Hebrews 3:13-14)

(b) 積極做工、忠心於神所託付之使命

( b ) Labor diligently; be faithful to God’s commission

§ 『趁』著白日，我們必須做那差我來者的工；黑夜將到，就沒有人能做工了。(約9:4)

§ I must work the works of Him who sent Me “while” it is day; the night is coming when no one can work. ( John 9:4)

(c) 認真跟隨基督、走生命之路

(d) Follow Christ seriously; walk the way of life

§ 耶穌對他們說：「光在你們中間還有不多的時候，應當『趁』著有光行走，免得黑暗臨到你們；那在黑暗裏行走的，不知道往何處去。 你們應當『趁』著有光，信從這光，使你們成為光明之子。」(約12:35-36)

§ Then Jesus said to them, “A little while longer the light is with you. Walk while you have the light, lest darkness overtake you; he who walks in darkness does not know where he is going. While you have the light, believe in the light, that you may become sons of light.” These things Jesus spoke, and departed, and was hidden from them. ( John 12:35-36)

(e) 在愛中，甘心將最好的獻給主

(d) Offer the best to God in love

§ 有一個女人拿著一玉瓶極貴的香膏來，『趁』耶穌坐席的時候，澆在他的頭上。(太26:7 )

§ A woman came to Him having an alabaster flask of very costly fragrant oil, and she poured it on His head as He sat at the table. (Matthew 26:7)

v 親愛的弟兄啊，有一件事你們不可忘記，就是主看一日如千年，千年如一日。(彼後3:8)

v But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. (2 Peter 3:8)
