Christ is all ( 7) – Christ is the resurrection and the life

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.”

（一）『死』是人類最大的無能與絕望

I. “ Death” is the greatest limitation and desperation of mankind

—尤其不但已經『死了』，而且『臭了』（11：39）

Not just dead, but there is a bad odor ( John 11:39)

—『人子啊…骸骨能復活嗎？』（結37：3）

“Son of man, can these bones live?” (Ezekiel 37:3)

—『人子阿、這些骸骨就是以色列全家．他們說、我們的骨頭枯乾了、我們的指望失去了、我們滅絕淨盡了…』（結37：11）

“Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. They indeed say, ‘Our

bones are dry, our hope is lost, and we ourselves are cut off!’ (Ezekiel 37:11)

（二）『死而復活』的經歷乃是為了 神的榮耀

II. The experience of rising from the dead is for the glory of God

—叫 神的兒子因此得榮耀（11：4）

Son of God may be glorified through it (John 11:4)

（a） 出於主特別的愛（Of His Love）—『耶穌素來愛….』

Out of His Love - Jesus loved ….

（b） 按主特別的時間（In His Time）—『仍住了兩天…』

In His Time - stayed two more days….

（c） 照主特別的方法（By His Way）—叫『死人復活』

By His Way – raised the dead

（三）基督是一切——『我是復活，我是生命….』（11：25）

III. Chris is ALL – “I am the resurrection and the life….” ( John 11:25)

—『…我曾死過，現在又活了，直活到永遠永遠，並且拿著死亡和陰間的鑰匙』

（啟1：18）

I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And

I have the keys of Hades and of Death. ( Revelation 1:18)

—『….我必開你們的墳墓，使你們從墳墓中出來…你們就知道我是耶和華』

（結37：12-13）

“… I will open your graves and cause you to come up from your graves... Then you shall know that I am the LORD. (Ezekiel 37: 12-13)

—『基督是我們的生命』（西3：4a）

“Christ is our life.” ( Colossians 3:4a)
