沒有因受對付怨尤，
Or chafings at Thy dealings,
沒有因懊悔倒下。
Or thoughts of vain regret.

But restful, calm and pliant,
脫離傾向與成見；
From bend and bias free,
讓祢能夠自由定意，
Permitting Thee to settle
當祢對我有指點。
When Thou hast need of me.
